If Only a Few People Bother to Vote
By
James Bredin
Canadians seldom vote and our politicians love that,
No compulsory voting, no strong leadership in their combat,
No binding referendums, no political recall but who cares?
Not politicians for sure because the problem is not theirs.
It’s rule by appointed Supreme Court folk all dressed in bright red,
Rule according to Trudeau’s Charter for “Everyone” it is said,
And “Everyone” means every refugee that they can find,
With a completely hidden agenda that no one seems to mind,
But as only half the people vote; it means no one really cares,
And compulsory voting will never be allowed they all declare,
It’s not politically correct to mention that something is wrong,
No binding referendums or recall is their constant song.
